Cancellation Policy

At CYNTHIAN COMMUNITY CONSULTING, we value our clients’ time and are committed to providing dependable, professional consulting services. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and guidelines related to appointment cancellations, changes, and rescheduling.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or services when needed. We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment whenever possible. Advance notice allows us to better serve our clients and manage our consulting schedule effectively.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be treated as a missed appointment. Clients who do not attend scheduled consultations without prior notice may also be subject to this policy.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. Clients may request to reschedule appointments, preferably with at least 24 hours’ notice. CYNTHIAN COMMUNITY CONSULTING will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new appointment time based on availability.

Refund Policy

If advance payments have been made for consulting services, refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the cancellation, the amount of work completed, and the terms of the service agreement. Approved refunds will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
